Did Michael Oliver Ponce Have a Sex Change?

Someone sent me this picture and claimed that the girl on the right is Michael Oliver Ponce after having a sex change operation. It appears as though Ponce either threw up on his breasts or has a bunch on bruises on them - I don't know what happened. Can anyone else confirm that Ponce did, in fact, have an operation to change into a woman?

    That certainly is one foul looking beast. By the smile on the face of the girl next to "it" I feel that it is not Ponce. Anyone standing next to Ponce would most certainly not have a smile on their face as his rank b.o. Would wipe the smile from anyone's mug. I do believe that may be a buttbaby of Ponce's but I am unsure of this.

    Mike is actually a friend of mine. You can see a picture of him on the wikipedia page about him. He did not have a sex change. That is a silly and fairly ignorant thing to believe. The internet should not be your codex of truth...

    you are a liar! I am good friends with him and I know for a fact that he did have the sex change. I know this because I went to burma with him to have it!

    He had always felt "trapped" in a man's body and wanted to be the person he felt he was inside. He is now happily living as Michelle Oliver. Michelle has a great rack!
